The logo mark is an ode to the Arcturus star (the "Arc" in ArcGen), used as a guide for crop harvesting and navigation in cultures across the world and throughout centuries, which is often depicted as a star with 8 sharp points.

The thick outline of the half-star resembles the flashing and flickering essence of light, like rays of the Sun rising from the horizon or the twinkle of a distant star, symbolizing beginning and creation, or Genesis ("Gen" in ArcGen).
